Tickets are available for children 12 and under. Please note that policies are different for General Admission and Reserved Grandstands. For General admission and all junior tickets with the exception of reserved grandstand seats, children 5 and under are free with a ticketed adult (1 per ticketed adult) Children 6-12 may enter on a junior rate ticket. In Reserved Grandstand seating, children 2 and under are free with a ticketed adult when seated on an adults lap or a ticket is required. Children 3-12 may enter on a junior ticket.
Food/Beverage concession stands are located throughout the venue for your convenience. These areas are noted on the event map.
Cars run in a clockwise direction beginning at the start/finish line on the front straight.

FAMILY FUN ZONE
The Family Fun Zone will incorporate a series of activities designed to provide fun for all ages.
On race weekend, medical technicians will be on-site at the event medical center.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
There will be a wide variety of food and beverage available for guests at concession stands throughout the venue. Outside food and beverage will not be allowed into the venue, with the exception of one 20 oz. or smaller unopened, non-alcoholic beverage per guest, or food or drink necessary for infants or medical purposes.
There are 6 grandstands in the venue. Friday all guests with admission to the event can sample seating from any or every seat in the house. Grandstands are open seating on Friday and reserved seating on Saturday and Sunday.

INDYCAR FAN VILLAGE
The Family Fun Zone will include the IndyCar Fan Village where fans can enjoy interactive IndyCar and product displays, live Q&As with drivers from the IndyCar Series and support series. Check the upcoming event schedule for dates and times of autograph sessions. Please check the event map for final location.
General information, visitor guides, maps, schedules and directions are dispensed from different booths/desks spread out around the venue. These locations also serve as lost and found and missing persons centers with radio communication between each location. Assistance for persons with disabilities will be provided by Accessibility Ambassadors and event guides will be distributed here.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost items should be turned in at any of the Guest Services/Information Booths located around the venue. Radio communication between booths will be used to check for lost items that might be turned in to the different locations. Children and parents that become separated should be directed to any of the on-site Guest Services/Information Booths. Lost children are kept at a booth for approximately 30 minutes prior to calling the authorities.

MERCHANDISE AND SOUVENIRS
Official Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana souvenirs and merchandise will be available at multiple locations.
What is a paddock? The paddock is the mobile garage where all the teams work on the race cars throughout the weekend. A paddock pass will get you in to see the most talented IndyCar engineers, mechanics and team support staff work on the race cars throughout race weekend. A paddock pass is required for admission to the IndyCar paddock, support series paddocks are open to all ticket-holders.
PARKING – There is NO Public Parking available on-site at NOLA Motorsports Park for event weekend.
Public parking for the inaugural Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana, held at NOLA Motorsports Park in Avondale, LA, will be off-site at the LaPalco Boulevard Neutral Ground, Segnette Field, and the Avondale Shipyard (Saturday and Sunday only).
Parking will cost $20 per car per day (CASH ONLY) and includes free bus shuttle transportation to and from NOLA Motorsports Park with service from 7:30am until 8:00pm. Separate shuttles will be running from Harrah’s Casino to and from the track for $5 round-trip (CASH ONLY) with service from 7:00am until 7:00pm. Taxi drop-off and ADA parking will be at Segnette Field, where an ADA Accessible shuttle will be available.
Access to the event site is restricted to credentialed vehicles only at all times. Access to Nicolle Boulevard will be limited to credentialed vehicles only, during certain times during the event weekend. Certain items are prohibited inside the event. Public attending the event have the option of parking at the following locations:

- Avondale Shipyard 7:30a to 8:00p Saturday & Sunday ONLY – $20/car per day CASH ONLY

Public parking guests will receive a reminder card to remind them what their parking location is.
Permission granted is the New Orleans way of saying “what happens here, stays here!”. It’s the thought that no one person or no one thing can hold you back from having the experiences you want to have. You are allowed to have fun. You are allowed to go out and adventure the city. You are allowed to try new things (like check out a first time professional IndyCar racing event at NOLA Motorsports Park!). You have permission to be you!
All items brought onto the venue grounds and into the grandstands will be inspected. Storage for prohibited items will not be allowed or provided at entry gates or any security area. Please consult the fan guide before attending for the most up-to-date information. NOLA Motorsports Park is a smoke free facility.

The Andretti Club is located on the ground level of the event center. Luxury corporate suites with outdoor balconies are located on the 2nd level of the Event center. Corporate hospitality is located between turns 12 and 13. TAXES and FEES
State and Parish taxes are 8.75%. Ticket fees vary based on the price of tickets.
The 2015 Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana will be televised. A TV Schedule will be released soon.
All ticket types will provide the ability to re-enter the track. Each guest will be required to keep their ticket or wristband on (if applicable). All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, returns or exchanges. Unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
